The purpose of this Privacy Policy (or Website's Privacy Statement) page is to let you know that your privacy is important to you, as well as it is important to me.

If I am required to provide your information in order to comply with a subpoena or other legal order, I may release your e-mail and/or other information to comply with those legal requirements.

The website is licensed by Creative Commons "Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 Unported" (or in short: 3.0 Unported License) license. The favicon .ico file and other icons used on this site are from the Famfamfam's "silk icons" collection of icons.

I personally guarantee you that there are no malicious scripts hidden inside the site's source-code. Then also note that currently there are no files available to download, but this might change because I am planning to add some in the future.

I do not use underlying for "normal" words (i.e. not links) to prevent the confusion and to follow the web-standards. Also, all the links are in their full "native" form for the origin to be clear, except for the links in the "preface text" on a few pages, and on some other special places.

I will not sell, rent or give your e-mail address (and/or other personally-identifiable information) to any other person or entity for their use. If you submit a question or other comment to my e-mail address (and unless you request otherwise in that individual communication) I may use your name where I address that question or comment.

Trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or domain names (including, without limitation, the individual names of products and companies) are the property of their respective owners, who have no association with, and do not make any endorsement of the or services (meaning my own original content) provided by this site.

Modifying the registry can cause serious problems and the author cannot guarantee that the problems resulting from registry modifications can be solved. Although every effort has been made to ensure that they work as stated. In the worst case scenario, a re-installation of an operating system may be required.

There is some advertising on the website, in particular you may notice Google AdSense ads. The advertising service may use so-called "cookies" in order to track the movement from my website to the advertiser's website, but generally it's based on JavaScript and uses website identifiers to identify this website as part of the script displaying the ads. Google company maintains its own privacy policies.

The other website's "cookies" (which are completely harmless) are from my 50webs.com free-host and from visit-counting services (the website uses Google Analytics and StatCounter code), and they can be disabled though in your web browser. However, this will prevent tracking of site's visits, which is quite important to me. And also, this would prevent me from receiving any referral fees for clicks/impressions (see the above paragraph) tracked by Google AdSense advertising service.

The Privacy Policy of Tadej's computing homepage applies also to your use of Tadej's computing homepage.

I reserve the right to revise this privacy policy. Revisions to this policy will be posted to the website.
